Therapy

Individual and relationship therapy for patterns that feel stuck, conversations that keep repeating, and changes you want help making.

Choose a starting point

How it works

1. Start with a free consult

Tell Anastasia what is bringing you in and what you hope will change. You can talk about fit, availability, and the best place to start.

2. Begin therapy

Complete your paperwork through SimplePractice, then meet in person or by telehealth. Standard sessions are 55 minutes.

3. Review as you go

Goals and pacing can change as the work develops. If concentrated time would be useful, you can also discuss whether an Intensive fits.

Common questions

Do you work with individuals and couples?›

Yes. Anastasia offers individual and couples therapy. If you are unsure which format fits what you are facing, you can discuss it during the free consultation.

What is the first session like?›

You will start with what is happening now, what keeps repeating, and what you want to change. Together, you will identify a useful place to begin.

Can I talk about sex even if I am not coming for sex therapy?›

Yes. Sex and intimacy are welcome topics whenever they matter to your life or relationship.

How long does therapy take?›

There is no fixed number of sessions. The length of therapy depends on your goals and what you want to work through; you and Anastasia can review progress and pacing as you go.
