How does the free 20 minute consult work?

It is a brief call to talk fit, availability, and next steps. I will ask what is bringing you in, what matters most right now, and what kind of support you are looking for.

Do you meet in person or online?

Both. I offer office visits in Issaquah, Washington, and telehealth across WA, UT, NV.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out of network provider. I provide superbills that you can submit for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Are you an emergency or crisis service?

No. Therafox is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone is in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room.

Referring a client?
