What happens after I request a consultation?
Anastasia reads your request herself and replies by email. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a free 20 minute consultation, and then you receive a proposed structure.
How do we know whether an Intensive is a fit?
If weekly sessions feel too slow or stop and start, the two day Intensive can create more concentrated time and structure. A short consultation clarifies your goals and whether an Intensive or weekly therapy fits best right now.
Where does the Intensive take place?
Intensives take place at the Issaquah office or, when appropriate, Anastasia can travel to work with you in another location. Scheduling is handled privately.
